CREAMY CUCUMBER DRESSING 
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 c. peeled, seeded, and finely chopped cucumber
1/4 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried whole dillweed
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Cover and chill. Serve over mixed salad greens.

Yield: 1 3/4 cups, 1 tablespoon servings.
