SWISS CHICKEN 
4 lg., whole chicken breasts, split, skinned, boned
Salt
Pepper
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. dry sherry
2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
Butter

Place chicken in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spoon cheese over chicken. Combine soup and sherry; pour over cheese. Spoon stuffing mix over top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until chicken is tender. 8 servings.
