REUBEN CHICKEN 
4 boned & skinned chicken breasts
1 can sauerkraut
Swiss cheese slices to cover
1 sm. bottle Thousand Island Dressing

Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Squeeze out extra moisture from sauerkraut. Spread kraut over the chicken. Cover kraut with Swiss cheese. Pour bottle of dressing over all. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly, about 30 to 45 minutes. (Do not over cook or the dressing will burn.)
