BEAN SOUP 
2 (15 oz.) cans Trappey's navy beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cubed or cut in to sm. slices
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 stick celery, chopped
1/4 bell pepper, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can water
2 green onions, chopped
Parsley, chopped
Garlic powder
Hot pepper
Salt

Fry sausage, drain off excess oil. Add onion, saute with sausage. Add bell pepper, celery, tomato sauce and white beans. Fill one bean can with water, add. Bring to boil, simmer for 30 minutes. Add green onions, parsley, garlic powder, hot pepper and salt to taste.
