SKILLET SUPPER 
6 slices bacon
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 slices potatoes
3 carrots, diced
1 pkg. Polish sausage, cut into 4 inch strips

In electric skillet set temperature at 350 degrees. Cook bacon. Remove. In drippings saute onion and pepper. Add potatoes and carrots and sausage cook until tender. Serve with garden salad and dinner bread.
