SHRIMP BY ELLA 
1 lb. lg. shrimp
2 c. flour
6 eggs
Fresh garlic cloves
1 lb. butter
2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. black pepper
1 lemon
1 lb. pasta

Peel and devein shrimp; set aside. In frying pan put 1/2 cup butter to 1 cup of olive oil, heat mixture, add 1/4 cup crushed garlic. Then put flour and pepper mixture on a dish. Egg, then flour each shrimp. Cook 3 minutes on each side. Take shrimp out of frying pan and use butter and olive oil dripping to put over cooked pasta. Then place shrimp on pasta and squeeze lemon over plate. Garlic can be added to taste.
