DINNER ROLLS | |
2 c. hot water 6 tbsp. sugar 2 1/2 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. oil 6 c. all-purpose flour 3 tbsp. yeast Mix together water, sugar, salt and oil. Add flour. While flour is mixing add yeast. Mix well until mixture is not real sticky. May need to add more water if too stiff or more flour if too sticky. Let rise until double in size. Then put rolls down in desired size or shape. Let rise again. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes until golden brown on top and bottom. |
