STIT-FRY SMOKED SAUSAGE AND
VEGETABLES
 
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2-3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
Fresh onion, sliced
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Fresh carrots, sliced
1 Hillshire Farm sausage, sliced
Cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese

Saute in order, in lemon and butter - carrots, onions, mushrooms, sausage. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic, and Parmesan cheese and stir. When done top with cheddar cheese. Serve when melted. Serve with potatoes or noodles.
