CHEESE LOGS 
2 loaves fresh Wonder sandwich bread
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar

Cut crusts off of bread. Roll very flat. Cream together cream cheese, egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar. Spread cheese mixture on each slice of bread and roll up. Melt butter. Dip each roll in butter and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Freeze logs overnight. Do not thaw before baking. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. (These are easy to make ahead of time and left in the freezer longer.)
