PEACH CAKE 
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon - sugar
2 (16 oz.) cans sliced peaches or fresh peaches when in season

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift flour and baking powder. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Pour into greased pan.

Place sliced peaches over entire cake. Sprinkle entire cake with cinnamon sugar. Dot with butter and bake. (May sprinkle more cinnamon sugar after baking while still warm.) When ready to serve sprinkle with powdered sugar.
