CABBAGE & SAUSAGE FRY 
1 med. head of cabbage
1 lb. smoked kielbasi
1 med. onion, diced
4 carrots, sliced
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. water 1/2 now, 1/2 later
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Slice sausage 1/2 inch thick. Melt butter, brown sausage. Add cabbage and 1/2 cup water, onions, carrots, sugar and garlic salt and pepper to taste. Cover, cook on medium heat, add 1/2 cup water. Cook until cabbage is tender. Serves 6 to 8.
