4 English muffins, split
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
8 oz. pizza sauce
8 slices Mozzarella cheese

Brush each muffin half with a little oil and broil until light brown. Spread generous tablespoon pizza sauce on each. Trim cheese into circles to fit muffin and cut out a Jack-O-Lantern face on each. Place one face on each muffin. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese melts, about 8 minutes.
