IRISH COFFEE PIE 
3 1/2 pkg. Whip & Chill
2 good tsp. instant coffee
1/2 c. milk
Scant 1/3 c. water
3 tbsp. whiskey
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 (8 inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust

In small bowl combine dessert mix and beat at high speed for about one minute. Blend in water and whiskey and beat at high speed for two minutes more or until fluffy. Whip cream and carefully fold in prepared filling. Put in pie shell and chill 3 to 4 hours. Garnish with additional whip cream and chocolate shavings, optional. "Enjoy!"
