SHIPWRECK (MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS) 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 med. onion
4 med. potatoes
1 (28 oz.) can of baked beans
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef or turkey on high for 4 to 5 minutes, drain and crumble on bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Slice the onion, break apart rings and layer on top of meat. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly. Layer potatoes on the meat and onions. Cook on high for 10 minutes. Remove and empty can of baked beans on top of potatoes. Return to microwave and heat on high 5 minutes or until potatoes are cooked, can be topped with cheese slices. Microwave times may vary.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
