TACO PIZZA 
2 tbsp. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. cold water
3/4 c. water
1 1/4 oz. env. taco seasoning mix
Shredded lettuce
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. chopped chili (optional)
15 oz. can refried beans
1 c. Cheddar or Colby cheese
1 tomato, chopped
Taco sauce

Grease a large pizza pan. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Combine Bisquick and 1/2 cup water. Knead and place in a pizza pan. Brown the ground beef and drain, add to the cooked meat the remaining water, taco seasoning and chili. Simmer 15 minutes.

Spread refried beans on the dough and top with the meat. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 18 minutes. Top with the 1 cup cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted. Cut and serve with lettuce, cheese, tomato, onion and taco sauce. Let the persons choose their own combinations from the toppings listed.
