GENEVA GRAVES' PUDDING AND
CHOCOLATE SAUCE
 
SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
Butter the size of a walnut

Mix sugar and cocoa together. Add to boiling water. Cook 10 minutes. Add vanilla and butter.

PUDDING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
Scant 1/2 c. milk
Heaping tsp. baking powder

Add flour enough to drop batter from spoon. Drop batter by spoonful into hot sauce and bake 20 to 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 8 to 10.
