QUICK CRAB SOUP | |
3 (3 oz.) cream cheese and chives 2 cans cream of celery soup 1 can cream of tomato soup 1 qt. half and half 1 lb. imitation or real crab meat 1/2 c. sherry Mix soups and half and half in a large pot. Heat on medium. Add cream cheese. Stir often with wire whisk until all is blended well. Add the crab meat and sherry. Heat until steaming not boiling. |
