CABBAGE SOUP | |
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes 1 can Campbell's tomato soup 2 pkg. instant chicken broth 1 1/2 c. chopped cabbage 1 tbsp. minced onion 2 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. sliced carrots dash of Italian seasoning black pepper and salt to taste In saucepan, combine tomatoes, soup, broth and onion. Cover and bring to a boil; simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Optional: Add 1/2 cup thin spaghetti, broken into pieces; add more water if needed. Enjoy. |
