ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground meat, browned 3/4 lb. half moon cheese, grated 10 corn tortillas 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 can little green chilies 1 can enchilada sauce Put browned meat and onions together and cook. Add soups and sauce; stir up real good. Cut tortillas in 4th's. Layer tortillas, meat sauce, and cheese. Keep layering until all ingredients are gone. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. |
