SUMMER SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
5 strips bacon, fried
1 c. bean sprouts
2 hard boiled eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 grated onion
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
Dash of salt

Clean spinach and bean sprouts and let drain well. Cook bacon and hard boiled eggs. In a small bowl mix oil, sugar, cider vinegar, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Mix well. Then add spinach, bean sprouts and sliced boiled eggs, crumbled bacon and stir well.
