CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can water chestnuts
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 sm. can black olives, sliced
1 lg. bottle HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing (original)

Cook rice and combine with other ingredients. Refrigerate. This can be made a day ahead. Serves 8 to 10.
