CHILLED AVOCADO SOUP 
1 lg. avocado, peeled and pitted
1/2 c. half and half cream
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Salt to taste
Sour cream for garnish
Paprika

Blend avocado until smooth. Add cream and chicken broth. Blend a few seconds. Add salt. Pour into soup dishes, garnish with a spoonful of sour cream and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Serves 6.
