MIDAS SALAD 
1 bag washed spinach, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 hard boiled eggs, cubed
5 strips cut up crisp bacon
1 can bean sprouts (1 lb. drained) (may use fresh)

DRESSING:

1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 med. onion, grated
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all salad ingredients together. Mix all dressing ingredients together. Dressing can be made a day ahead and refrigerated. Serve dressing as desired on greens or toss with the greens. Serves 6.
