2 bottles ketchup
1 bottle chili sauce
1/3 c. mustard
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. wine or tarragon vinegar
1 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. steak sauce
Dash Tabasco
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 can beer
Garlic to taste

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Heat and mix until uniform in consistency. Thicken with cornstarch if necessary. Excess freezes well.
