SAUSAGE BISCUITS 
1 lb. mild sausage
1 recipe Bisquick buttermilk baking mix

Brown sausage (as you would ground beef), drain well on paper towel. Mix 1 recipe for rolled biscuits according to package directions. Roll dough into rectangle. Sprinkle the cooked sausage on top and roll up lengthwise, pinch ends together. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for approximately 3 hours. Slice cross-wise and bake at 450 degrees for approximately 12 minutes. CAN BE FROZEN. If freezing, remove from oven just before they turn brown. Cool before freezing.
