3 c. boiling water 3/4 c. hominy grits 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 lb. cheese, grated 1 stick butter, melted 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce Salt (to taste) Pepper (to taste) Cook grits in boiling water and remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
