FRESH RHUBARB JAM 
3 c. sugar
5 c. raw rhubarb

Put sugar over rhubarb and let stand overnight or 2 or 3 days. Bring to boil and cool 7-10 minutes. Then add 1 small package strawberry, raspberry, or cherry Jello. Mix well and put in containers and store in refrigerator.
