E-Z CHICKEN AND DRESSING | |
2 c. cooked chicken 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, reg. size 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. melted butter 1 can water 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing (plain) 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Mix chicken, soups, salt and pepper, and water. Put in a 9 x 11 inch dish. Sprinkle bread stuffing over this mixture, pour butter over it. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir a little before it finishes baking. If you don't want it very dry, reduce baking time. |
