KNIGHTS DELIGHT CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts (sliced)
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream mushroom soup
12 oz. sliced sauteed mushrooms
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. dry corn bread stuffing
1/2 c. butter

Grease 8 x 8 baking dish and place chicken on bottom. In separate bowl mix celery soup, water chestnuts, mushrooms and mayonnaise and spread evenly over chicken. Soften butter and mix with stuffing and spoon on top and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Use high temperature for metal dish.
