BEEF AND BROCCOLI 
London broil steak, cut into thin strips
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. sherry
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Thin slices ginger root
Thin slices carrots
Broccoli florets
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
Mushrooms, sliced

Marinate steak in combined soy sauce, sugar, sherry and cornstarch. Stir fry vegetables in a little oil: carrots about 3 minutes, broccoli about 3 minutes, onions about 2 minutes, peppers about 2 minutes and mushrooms about 2 minutes. Keep warm in bowl. Reheat pan and add a little more oil. Stir fry meat until cooked. Add vegetables back in and stir and heat. If extra gravy is needed, add chicken stock or bouillon with cornstarch to thicken.
