1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. salt
3 tbsp. oil
Food coloring

Mix oil, water and food coloring in a small bowl. Mix flour, salt and cream of tartar in a large pan and add liquid mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the dough forms a large ball. Place dough on cutting board and let cook until warm to the touch. Knead and play! Store in ziplock plastic bag.
