1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. vanilla extract Pinch of salt 2 c. confectioners' sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans Grease 9 inch pan. Combine cream cheese, vanilla and salt in mixer bowl. Beat until creamy and smooth. Add confectioners' sugar gradually, beating after each addition. Stir in pecans. Spread evenly in greased pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. |
