1 med. or 2 sm. sweet potatoes
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk (enough to make like pancake batter)
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil potatoes in skins until tender. Peel and mash. Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
