POTATO-HAM SALAD 
8 oz. lean baked ham, cubed
2 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. sugar (optional)
Few grains pepper

Toss ham, potatoes, celery and onion in medium sized bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Pour over ham mixture and toss to coat.
