CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 lg. head cauliflower in flowerets (may use frozen)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder or to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Dry bread crumbs and melted butter

Cook cauliflower in salted water 15 minutes. Drain. Put in casserole dish. Mix soup and cheese and pour on top. Cover with bread crumbs. Pour butter over. Bake at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour. Put under broiler briefly if crumbs are not brown.
