CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 head cauliflower, broken, cooked, drained

Mix the above and top with 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons butter, melted. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbling around edges.
