NO CHOLESTEROL PUMPKIN PIE
FILLING
 
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. molasses
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg, if desired
1 (8 oz.) box defrosted "Egg Beaters"
2 (12 oz,) cans Pet Light evaporated skimmed milk

Combine ingredients in order given. Divide into 9 inch pie shells (crusts made with oil preferred). Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center of pie comes out clean.
