HEARTY BREAKFAST SKILLET 
1/2 lb. sausage
2 c. frozen shredded hash browns
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. milk or water

Brown sausage. Add potatoes and tomatoes; cook 5 minutes or until potatoes are brown. Top with cheese. Mix eggs and milk; pour evenly over ingredients in skillet. Cover; reduce heat to low. Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Let stand, uncovered, 5 minutes, before cutting into pieces.
