HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
Stew beef
Garlic
Onion
1 can tomato paste
Pepper
Salt
Carrots
Potatoes
Corn starch
Cooked noodles

Brown beef cubes with oil. Add piece of garlic and onion. Fill the kettle half full with water. Add 1 can of tomato paste. Add pepper and salt to taste. Cook until tender. Next add the carrots and cook until almost tender. Add potatoes. After all is tender add corn starch to thicken. Serve over cooked noodles.
