1 lb. pork
1 lb. veal
1 sm. onion, sliced
4 c. water
2 tsp. salt
8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. American cheese
1 green pepper, diced
1 (#2) can peas, drained
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can pimento, diced
1 c. crushed potato chips

Cut meat into small cubes and place in a kettle with the water, salt and onion. Bring to a boil and simmer 45 minutes. Add noodles, peas, cheese, soups, pimento and green pepper. Heat through; add more liquid, if needed. Put in buttered casserole; sprinkle with chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
