CHOCOLATE SCOTCHEROOS | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. light corn syrup 1 c. peanut butter 6 c. Rice Krispies 1/4 c. chocolate chips 1/4 c. butterscotch chips Butter a 9"x13" pan. Bring sugar and corn syrup to boil in a 3 quart saucepan. Remove from heat. Blend in peanut butter, then Rice Krispies. Press into pan. Melt over hot water, chocolate and butterscotch chips. Spread over the top and chill until top is firm. Cut into 48 (2"x1") bars. |
