SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 bouillon cube
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
Fine pepper

Mix beef and sausage well. Mix bread crumbs and milk. Combine all ingredients and form in 1-inch balls. Brown and remove from pan.

Make gravy with pan drippings by stirring in flour and add hot water with bouillon cube.

Place meatballs in casserole and pour gravy over all meatballs. Serve warm.
