RITZ CRACKER VEGETABLES | |
1 head cauliflower or broccoli 8 oz. Velveeta cheese 36 Ritz crackers, crushed 1 stick butter Cook vegetables. Meanwhile, cut cheese up into chunks. Melt butter. Take half of butter and place on bottom of casserole dish with cheese chunks. Top with vegetables. Mix crackers with remaining melted butter. Pour over top of vegetables. Bake 20 minutes covered in 350 degree oven. Uncover the last 10 minutes. |
