STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 small box strawberry gelatin
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. frozen strawberries
1/2 c. milk
4 large eggs

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and beat for 2 minutes. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes before turning out. Let layers cool completely before icing with Strawberry icing.

Icing:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. strawberries

Mix all ingredients together until creamy. Cool slightly and spread on cake.
