2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa (unsweetened)
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix everything together and blend well. Use 2 (8 inch) pans or 1 (9 x 13 inch) baking dish at 350 degrees in oven for 30 minutes. Don't over bake. Frost with favorite frosting.
