SKOR BAR CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix (plain) 1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding 2 eggs 2 c. milk 4 Skor bars, crushed Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs and milk together. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes. TOPPING: Mix by hand: 1 c. 10X sugar 2 egg yolks 1/4 c. soft butter Beat together until creamy. Fold in 8 ounce Cool Whip. Spread on cake. Sprinkle the Skor bars over top of cake (and sides). Keep refrigerated. |
