SUPREME CHICKEN & ZUCCHINI 
2 1/2 lb. chicken parts
2 med. zucchini
1 can cream of celery soup (or cream of chicken)
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. basil, crushed
1 med. onion, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped (undrained)

Boil chicken (broth can be flavored with salt, pepper, onion and celery) until tender. Cut zucchini in 1/2 lengthwise, then slice diagonally in 1/2" pieces.

Pull chicken from bone, place in 2 quart casserole. Layer all other ingredients.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

Can use raw chicken, bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours until chicken is tender.

Serve over rice. (Use chicken broth in place of water to cook rice.)
