COLD BROCCOLI AND MOZZARELLA
SALAD
 
2 lg. bunches broccoli (flowerets only)
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, drained, crumbled
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 med. onion, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar

Combine broccoli, bacon, cheese and onion in a 13x9 glass dish.

Mix butter, sugar and white vinegar. Pour over salad 15 minutes before serving.
