1 box white cake mix
1 reg. box strawberry Jello
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 c. coconut
Little milk if needed
1 sm. box frozen strawberries and juice to make 1 c.
Take 3 tbsp. strawberries, well drained, for icing

Mix all the above ingredients together and bake at 300 degrees. Makes three 9 inch layers. Bake for 35-45 minutes.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. well drained strawberries
1 tbsp. vanilla

Let butter and cream cheese stand at room temperature before mixing.
