PEACHY DELIGHT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix all together and spread into a 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
3 or more c. sliced peaches

Cream together sugar and cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread the mixture over the crust and top with sliced peaches.

THIRD LAYER:

1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 (3 oz.) peach Jello

Mix cornstarch and sugar; add water and cook until thick. Add Jello and stir until blended. Cool and pour over peaches.
